Milk Chocolate, Pistachio & Pork Scratching Fudge Recipe

 Ingredients

350g milk chocolate - broken into pieces
1 x 397g can condensed milk
25g butter
25g Pork Scratchings - roughly chopped
100g shelled pistachio nuts - roughly chopped

 

Method

1. Completely melt the butter and chocolate on a low heat in a microwave or on the hob, stirring regularly.
2. Add the pistachio nuts, pork scratchings and condensed milk to the melted chocolate and butter mixture and stir well.
3. Pour the fudge mixture into a medium baking tray and smooth flat.
4. Place the fudge mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes to set.
5. Cut into bite size pieces and enjoy straight away or wrap in little squares of greaseproof paper and store in the fridge.
