juice and zest of one lemon
100ml of dry sherry
300ml double cream
white chocolate shavings to garnish. Method
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and whip until mixture will hold soft peaks
2. Transfer to wine glasses or small tumblers and garnish with white chocolate
